Message	With a dual pop the correct reading at idle is 1.0 volts. With a single pop the correct reading is 1.3 volts. The rage you have given is way to wide. At 2500 RPM you could have a wide range depending on the gear your in. In Neutral it should never be as high as you have suggested at a steady 2500 RPM.
